The Workshop rules are simple, mostly just common courtesy and respect.
- We ask that all workshop participants have a mutual repect for each other. Photographers please respect Models. Models please respect Photographers. We all have a purpose of being here, so lets all work as a team.
- The contracts / agreements that we make with the models will always be respected. For example, If we agree to a Glamour Nude style projects, we will not ask the models to do anthing but that. We will stick to our end of the deal. Of course we will expect all models to do the same.
- No rude or disrespectful behavior towards anyone else.
- To ensure proper payment to all models, all monies from each photographer will be collected before the workshop begins.
- To make things very simple and straight forward, we will expect that all models releases that are signed by models be a general type model release (meaning that the pictures can be used for any purpose as deemed by the photographers). Each photographer can have their own model release, however, please have it worded to be a general type release. The reason for this is that we really don't want to spend a whole lot of time specifying diferend kinds of model releases. This could take valuable time away from the workshop. THERE MAY BE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE: For example, Models that are under contract that cannot do certain things or have certain things published. In this case I will inform all photographers about a week before the project so they can amend their model releases.
- The Workshop Management will share dual rights to its pictures with the Models as part of the Workshop Deal. We will usually have the model's cd copy within a day or a couple of days. Other Photographers can as well as an otpion (not a requirement).
